Home gardening - young rucola - top view

The COVID-19 Pandemic has caused an explosion of renewed interest in gardening!  Veteran gardeners in addition to young people and beginners are all growing vegetables in traditional gardens, raised beds and containers across America.  No matter if you are in small towns, big cities, the suburbs or out in the country people want to garden.

The gardening educational webinar series “Fridays at the Library”, is celebrating its seventh year and will be held every Friday in February at 11:00 am.  Due to COVID-19,  this program will be a webinar format on zoom.

All gardening enthusiasts, experts and beginners are welcome. The workshops are being sponsored by the Wood County Master Gardeners, WVU Extension Service and the Vienna Library. The event is free and open to the public. Door prizes such as seed packets and herbs will be available.  You can join on zoom at https://wvu.zoom.us/j/92780773571. The zoom address is same every week.
